Spartan SparClean Detergent II 49 - Gal. , 4/cs #7649-1 A non-chlorinated, non-foaming warewashing detergent for use in both low and high temperature dish machines. Contains no phosphates or EDTA. Not intended for manual washing. Provides the alkalinity needed to effectively clean and remove tough greasy soils from dishes. Works extremely well with SparCLean High and Low Temperature Rinse Aids to produce clean, spot free dishes. More environmentally preferable then most traditional warewash detergents.
