Spartan On Base Floor Sealer and Conditioner - 5 Gal #5555-5 Water-emulsion seal for resilient tile. Clear, water-based underseal and floor conditioner. Reconditions and protects worn flooring. Excellent leveling. pH 8.0-8.5. 16% solids; non-yellowing. Resists water marks and scuffs. Restores abused, damaged or aged resilient tile to its original beauty. The product's excellent leveling characteristics permit heavier than normal coats when reconditioning porous or damaged floors.
