Spartan DFP-32 Cleaner - Gal. , 4/cs #3008-1 General purpose cleaner for use in all areas of food processing, handling and service. Biodegradable, Phosphate free. Kosher and Pareve. Dilution: 4-26 oz. makes gallon. pH 12.4-12.8. Rapidly emulsifies and removes animal fat, grease, vegetable oil, blood, smoke film and other problem soils. Rinsing leaves hard surfaces virtually odorless and film free.
